About the Role:

Esquire LSAT Tutoring is hiring top-percentile LSAT scorers (165+) to join our team of remote tutors. If you're passionate about teaching, love breaking down complex ideas, and want flexible work that actually makes a difference, this is a perfect fit. You’ll work one-on-one with motivated students, helping them master the LSAT and reach their law school goals.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, one-on-one LSAT tutoring sessions via Zoom
• Tailor study plans and strategies to each student's needs
• Provide clear explanations of Logic Games, Logical Reasoning, and Reading Comp
• Track progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Maintain professional communication and support for students

What We're Looking For:

• Official LSAT score of 165 or higher (90th+ percentile)
• Strong communication skills and a knack for teaching
• Self-starter who’s comfortable working independently
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience is a plus, but not required
