Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Field Sales Manager located in Thane. The B2B Field Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with business clients, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales strategies and proposals, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve daily interaction with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. The manager will also collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, and business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in market research and analytics to identify new business opportunities
  • Ability to prepare and execute sales strategies and proposals
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the technology sector or e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
