Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Ballet Teacher starting in September 2025, located in Bulle and Villars-sur-Glâne (canton of Fribourg Switzerland). The Ballet Teacher will be responsible for conducting ballet classes, creating lesson plans, and providing dance education to students of varying age groups and skill levels. The role includes preparing students for performances and evaluations, and collaborating with other dance instructors to maintain a consistent and effective teaching approach. The Ballet Teacher will encourage students to develop their dance technique and passion for ballet while maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dance Instruction and Dance Education
• Experience and skills in Teaching and Dance
• Understanding of Music as it relates to dance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster a supportive and motivating learning environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar teaching role is a plus
