Our client, a leader in logistics and manufacturing operations, is seeking a Logistics Project Analyst to join their team. As a Logistics Project Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic department supporting various project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Logistics Project Analyst

Location: Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $48-$53 per hour

What's the Job?

• Develop and implement structured processes for gathering data across logistics, manufacturing, and project operations.
• Create clear and concise reports summarizing key metrics, progress, risks, and recommendations.
• Design and create executive-level presentations that effectively communicate key focus areas and operational insights.
• Support program and project managers in coordinating timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  
  

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong experience (6-8 years) in data collection, analysis, and presentation creation.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive presentations.
• Understanding of logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.
