Job Description

  • Logistics Strategy: Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end logistics strategies and solutions to support the company’s growth.
  • Performance Management: Supervise transportation planning, carrier performance, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and lead a logistics team—set KPIs, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, leverage technology, and streamline workflows to boost speed and reduce cost-per-order.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and manage logistics vendors and 3PL partners to ensure SLAs and quality are met.
  • Data & Reporting: Monitor logistics KPIs (delivery time, fulfillment rate, returns, cost per shipment, etc.), and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles—preferably in tech, e-commerce or retail.
  • Hands-on experience with logistics systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP).
  • Proven track record in managing teams and scaling logistics processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
