Team Leadership: Hire, train, and lead a logistics team—set KPIs, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, leverage technology, and streamline workflows to boost speed and reduce cost-per-order.
Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and manage logistics vendors and 3PL partners to ensure SLAs and quality are met.
Data & Reporting: Monitor logistics KPIs (delivery time, fulfillment rate, returns, cost per shipment, etc.), and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain roles—preferably in tech, e-commerce or retail.
Hands-on experience with logistics systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP).
Proven track record in managing teams and scaling logistics processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
