Manager, Walmart Import Service, Logistic – Vietnam to US
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Strategy Development: Oversee and maintain relationships with different tier of sellers, prioritizing their satisfaction and continually striving for improvement. Develop innovative strategies to encourage seller engagement and drive business growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external business partners to deliver greater operational performance, efficiency, and quality. Bridge gaps between diverse functions and aligning strategies and objectives across teams.
Ground floor execution: Play a vital role to ensure that the strategies are effectively translated into action and are being implemented properly across the organization. Need to monitor progress, identify any issues or challenges, and make necessary adjustments to keep the execution on track.
User Experience First: A customer-focused perspective driven by a passion for optimizing product features and user experience. Provide constructive feedback on product/features development, find the opportunities for product enhancement. Develop strategies based on seller insights, plan implementation processes, and mitigate associated risks effectively.
