The role of the Logistics Coordinator is to perform and complete operational, customer service tasks in line with the targets of the company. Accurately managing customer enquiries and performing warehouse in line with agreed business processes and procedures and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include:

• To build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients.
• To deal directly with customers on the designing of shipping solutions.
• To do all logistics activities and work with key partners, agents and suppliers.
• To have close contact with other Biocair offices worldwide and be responsible for the efficient operation of Biocair’s services within the region.
• To manage warehouse daily operations; shipments, packages and other products in and out, packaging storage, stock and purchase, temperature control packages’ conditioning and warming up, packages preparation and cleaning, warehouse equipment management and maintenance.

• International trading and freight forwarding knowledge is essential.
• Previous experience of working within a logistics setting.
• English language skills is essential.
• Previous experience working within a Pharmaceutical and Biological environment is desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication.
• Able to work on your own as well as part of a team.

Please note this is a full time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 based full onsite at our Shanghai Office.

This is a China based role and the right to live and work in China will need to be established during the recruitment process.
