We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Samsung in Santa Ana. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics operations, data analytics, and Excel. The role involves developing an appointment scheduling system to connect Samsung's system with customer portals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an appointment scheduling system to connect Samsung's WMS with customer portals (Costco, Best Buy, Lowe's).
• Work with SDS third party and logistic company (Samsung subsidiary) on a daily basis to resolve delivery and system issues.
• Forecast container deliveries and monthly revenue based on customer PO.
• Report to SCP, sales, and leadership about container deliveries.
• Communicate with customers and logistic partners to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Requirements:

• 1-3 Years of Experience in logistics operations, preferably inbound shipments.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables; macros are a plus).
• Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) is preferred.
• Python skills are an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work in an office environment in Santa Ana.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; associate degree with additional experience is acceptable.
• Bilingual in Korean is an advantage.
