Our client is a leading Latvian transportation and logistics company specializing in the delivery of dry and general cargo across the Baltic States, Central Asia, and beyond. • Prepare and process transportation documents (invoices, packing lists, customs forms)
• Maintain and update data in Excel and internal systems
• Support the team with daily administrative tasks
• Communicate with logistics partners and internal departments
• Ensure documentation complies with internal standards and legal regulations

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good command of Excel and other office tools
• Organized, responsible, and process-oriented
• Eager to learn and grow within the logistics field
• Comfortable working in a multilingual environment (Russian, Latvian, English)
