  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Freight Forwarding Logistics Department experience is required.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for export clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on shipment status, documentation, and any potential delays.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the export process and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Prepare and verify export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth execution of export activities.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Problem Solving:
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export shipments, working proactively to prevent future occurrences.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with export logistics, including customs clearance and transportation challenges.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export customer service within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs procedures.
