Summary

Experienced and detail-oriented logistics and procurement support professional, combining accuracy, speed, and a strong service mindset. In this role, you will be a key part of the operations team, supporting procurement and the supply chain while using advanced technologies and taking full responsibility for logistical processes.


Job Responsibilities:


Thorough handling of purchase order approvals, including ongoing tracking.


Managing order advancements, delays, and coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.


Accurately entering procurement requests into the Priority ERP system.


Maintaining supplier relations and conducting negotiations.


Coordinating international and domestic import/export shipments in collaboration with suppliers and shipping services.


Managing all stages of procurement and supply, including responding to organizational needs, obtaining supplier quotes, and selecting the most suitable offer.


Leading negotiations, executing contracts (domestic and international), and reducing costs.


Collaborating with internal departments such as Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, Logistics, and Finance.


Generating and analyzing control reports using enterprise systems (e.g., ERP).


Position Requirements:


Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement – required.


Full proficiency in the Priority ERP system – advantage.


Experience with international import/export shipping – strong advantage.


Technological orientation and quick learning ability.


Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional organizational abilities.


Ability to work independently as well as part of cross-functional teams.


Familiarity with customs regulations and work with customs brokers.
