Responsibilities:

Operational

  • Follow up & maintaining all reference records (in & out) of all Customers Pos.
  • Create and maintain contact with operations team, other departments and to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Ensure proper completion of inbound and outbound documentation.
  • Tracking and consolidating data for management reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy of all transactions made for the inbound completely, STO and transfers.
  • Collate and analyse the logistics operations performance results.
  • Monitor and maintain the operations KPI instruments for all functions.
  • Analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
  • Control transfer of products and ensure accurate delivery.
  • Conduct a random stock count from time to time for accuracy.
  • Ensure accurate and professional archiving system.
  • Ensuring accuracy in the execution of sales orders.
  • ensure the safety and security of documents handled.
  • awareness of all sales order types and updates in the SAP system.
  • Preparation of the required documents for the reports required by the department.
  • Follow up on the department logistics, e.g., store files, meetings schedules, etc. according to the department’s needs.
  • Perform other duties and take responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma / B.A degree.


Minimum Experience:

0-2 years.


Skills:

Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook, and SAP knowledge are preferable. Must have a good English reading/ writing. Must have a good communication skill.
