Responsible for logistics daily operation management. Handle customer delivery order, system transaction. -3PL coordinate to ensure order delivery on time & meet customer expectation. -Manage all regional Logistics supplier to complete daily operation, handling customer’s complaint, ensuring vendors are performing to KPI and proper scope of work. -Own the logistics performance KPI, investigate, analyze the deviations, and identify actions to improve performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责：
Inventory/delivery Processor administrator for Val China -20%
Lead and work on 3PL warehouse optimization projects base on WMS/DMS/ Billing system -20%
Conduct monthly analysis on differ account/clients to evaluate the profit and cos of different BZ models -10%
LIFR performance management & analysis -10%
Ensure successful on-boarding of new clients by coordinating with sales, solution and operation teams and provide the training on whole cycle warehouse processes -5%
Optimized KPI & SOP for logistics daily operation -5%
Assist account receivable and payable in billing process by streamlining and recommending ongoing -10% Education学历、教育背景要求: Bachelor’s degree Experience工作经验要求:
More than 5 years logistics experience
Be good at systematic analyzing, organizing, and executing
Strong communication skills capability to deal with complexity
