About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Logic Portfolio Administrator to join our Logic team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be solely responsible for the Daily Reconciliations that are completed in both the morning and afternoon (encompassing Cash, Domestic Equities, International Equities, Options, and Term Deposits). Further this employee will be responsible for triaging and responding to the tickets that are sent through to Logic (using Zendesk).

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Account maintenance
• Assisting with processing of fees
• Managing stock, cash, dividend, term deposit, ETO, international and delisted reconciliations
• Managing Zendesk and ensuring that all items are attended to within set service level’s
• Responding to all tickets or escalating to relevant team members where the item is outside your area of expertise; Corporate Actions or Accounts
• Generating EOFY and quarterly investment reports
• Generating monthly and quarterly invoices
• Distribution of reports to clients, advisers and accountants

About You

To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess:

• Graduate level or above
• Demonstrative ability to meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office programs
• Ability to effectively resolve problems as they occur
• Relevant financial markets experience, preferable
• Good knowledge of CHESS, Iress, XPLAN, and basic taxation, preferable
• Ability to interpret financial statements
• Must have a can-do attitude
• Great problem-solving skills
• Must be able to take direction from senior management
• Strong attention to detail
