RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a Logic Apps Support Engineer for a remote, contract opportunity.
Summary:
The Logic Apps Support Engineer will provide technical support and expertise for Azure Logic Apps, helping clients design, implement, and troubleshoot their workflows and integrations. You will work closely with customers to ensure their Azure Logic Apps solutions are optimized and function efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to Azure Logic Apps, including workflow errors and integration issues
- Implementation Assistance: Assist clients in designing and implementing Azure Logic Apps solutions that meet their business requirements
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Azure Logic Apps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, and to improve overall service quality
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that all Azure Logic Apps implementations comply with security standards and data protection regulations
- Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support for Azure Logic Apps, addressing customer queries and issues
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Azure Logic Apps, cloud computing, and integration technologies:
- C# for Azure Functions
- Blazor for EIB Portal Development
- Pipelines Tentative Biceps
Develop Azure Functions:
- Visual Studio Code (liquid/C#/Logic Apps/XSLT)
- Visual Studio
- Develop Logic Apps
- XML Spy for manual mappings and exceptions
- Azure DataMapper for new mappings
- Biztalk for legacy Mappings
- Liquid Addons from Shopify
- Notpad++
- Azure Logic Apps Designer
Testing Tools:
- SoapUI
- PostMan
- Filesilla/FTP Client
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Experience: Previous experience in a technical support role, preferably with Azure or other cloud platforms
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Logistics Industry
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
