We are seeking a talented Visual merchandizing Manager to elevate our brand presence in Japan through strategic visual merchandizing initiatives.
The organization:
The Visual Merchandising Manager reports directly to the APAC VM Manager.
This role works closely with other departments including, Trade Marketing, Retail, and PR & Media and will be in direct communication with HQ teams and APAC teams.
The mission:
The Visual Merchandising Manager will ensure the implementation of the brand image strategy at store design, the visual merchandising level, develop innovative commercial activation concepts, and ensure the consistency of LOEWE's
Job Responsibilities
Working with the APAC and the global VM team closely to support and implementation of new store openings, in-store visual merchandizing, pop-ups, outposts and PR events that align with LOEWE brand positioning & image while supporting commercial objectives
Manage product launch campaign and brand moment execution - liaison with Japan and APAC marketing team to balance the global directive expectations and local channel/client requirements.
Lead approval processes for projects, and visit pre-assemblies and assemblies in the market, ensuring the quality and technical details are aligned with Loewe´s image.
Effective plan & allocate budget according to brand & commercial requirements. Conduct cost estimates and oversee the VM budget, ensuring accurate POs and payment processes.
To uphold project planning & production schedules to ensure timely execution
Communicate directly with the Japan and APAC marketing, retail and/or commercial teams to discuss and organize projects, ensuring the global guidelines are implemented.
Manage 3rd party vendors/suppliers, optimizing processes as needed to maintain visual standards and quality
Communicate seasonal visual messages to retail team through VM guideline, seasonal training and shop visits
Collect and analyze competitor benchmarks to enhance visual merchandizing strategy

Proficient in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Office software). Experience in using AutoCAD, 3D Max experience is a plus Requirements:
5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferrable within international beauty brand
Proficient in both spoken and written Japanese and English is essential
Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design or Visual Merchandising
Highly developed aesthetic sense with strong understanding of style and trend
Passion for enhancing the shopping experience through visual merchandising
Willingness to travel (domestic and international) and work on the retail floor
