Job description

• This role involves overseeing the total IT process: experience with cloud integration, IT security, Agile framework, MFT, JIRA, SharePoint, MS Visio and PowerBI
• The IT lead plays a critical role in advising and guiding local IT users, supporting procurement, analyzing problems, installing and configuring IT products, and working on rollout projects
• Extensive experience in IT roles, including positions such as Integration Expert, Senior Engineer, Developer, and Support Engineer, with responsibilities that align closely with the job description

Key responsibilities

• Liaison between local and global IT organization
• Local hands-on support for centrally managed IT equipment
• Operational support for all local servers and local network in Eindhoven
• Arranging all local network access, troubleshooting, switch configurations, etc.
• Assist in complicated IT topics (server/database requests, migrations, processes, system integration)
• Responsible for the full migration to the new building
• Affinity / experience with DevOps and supporting developers

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT
• Proven IT and PC knowledge, customer service orientation, and ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred skills

• Experience and skills: at least three years of relevant experience an and strong IT knowledge, aligning well with the job requirements
• Customer Orientation and Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work with customers and in teams, which matches the job's emphasis on customer service and teamwork
• Project Management: Extensive experience in managing IT projects and implementing IT strategies, which is crucial for the IT Lead role
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in cloud integration, IT security, and various IT tools aligns with the technical requirements of the job
• Strategic Alignment: Aligning IT strategies with business needs, which is essential for the role
• Operational Efficiency: Proven ability to drive operational efficiencies and manage IT infrastructure effectively
• Certifications: Professional Scrum Master II certification and or project management skills

• Experience in an international (corporate) environment preferred
