Blair Enterprises - Local Spotter Driver JOB LOCATION: ARLINGTON, TEXAS 76018 PAY- $20/hour SCHEDULE- 8 hour shift, start time as early as 12:30 PM and as late as 4:30 PM, first come first serve About the Position We are looking for a dedicated FULL-TIME Spotter, doing strictly yard moves with new air-ride terminal tractors. This position is great if you want to be home every night, want a consistent schedule, want to earn extra money from attendance bonuses, don't want to pay for fuel, want health insurance benefits, want to be an EMPLOYEE, not a contractor...and the list goes on! This position is an 8 hour shift with staggering times available. Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental and vision benefits after 60 days of employment. Responsibilities: Safely operate and maneuver terminal tractors within the yard Perform inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition. - Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating vehicles. - Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operations. - Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily activities.
