The anticipated salary range for this role is between $73,000.00 and $86,000.00. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. Role Description
Reporting to the Analytics/Planning Team Supervisor, the Analyst is responsible for analyzing and preparing various reports for Special Credit Group, coordinating and supporting the team from core operational tasks to administrative tasks.
Role Objectives: Delivery
- Compile and prepare periodic credit reports related to SCG to various internal stakeholders including but not limited to Management, Credit Department, Risk Management Department, Controller, etc.
- Maintain portfolio data by collaborating with related departments such as Risk Management Department, Controller, back offices., etc.
- Prepare materials for regulator examinations, external and internal audits.
- Lead remediation programs and initiatives related to the coverage of analytics/planning role such as develop and streamline the reporting process and data collection process, update credit related manuals.
- Keep abreast of policies, procedures, and manuals regarding the problematic assets operation (including but not limited to self-assessment, write-off and reserve issues) to make sure the team to follow the latest.
- Track deadlines of various deliverables (monitoring, covenant reporting, C&Is, etc) for the teams to comply with requirements.
- Manage expense of the group complying protocols governing the budget.
- Support new staffs onboarding.
- Undertake other related tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications And Skills
- Strong analytical skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Finance or accounting knowledge is preferrable.
- Work experience in financial services industry is preferrable.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
- Business fluency in English is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others and team oriented.
