The Loan Servicing oversees and directs the day-to-day operations of loan servicing, ensuring efficient processes, compliance, and customer satisfaction, while also managing staff and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

Essential Functions
Adheres to Richwood's management routines, provides guidance to team members, conducts coaching, deliver discipline, and completes performance reviews.
Ensure process efficiency, and periodic system reviews
Continuously assess and evaluate servicing processes, technologies, and procedural requirements to improve efficiency and quality.
Develop and implement training programs for staff, keeping them informed of regulatory requirements and updates. Institute development plans for continuous improvement.
Maintain SOP library and update as needed.
Oversee all Consumer and Commercial Loan Servicing processes including but not limited to tickler reports, escrow payments, force-placed insurance, UCC expirations, Payoff quotes, audit prep, loan modifications, lien releases, Freddie Mac, Ag Link, and maintain all reporting.
Ensures work completed is accurate and appropriate. Verifies and validates all data to confirm accuracy and reliability. Paying close attention to details of all information received and entered.

Education And Experience
High School Diploma or GED required; college preferred
Five years' experience in working with commercial servicing or processing required, additional consumer experience preferred.
Previous management experience required
