* Review loan documents for completeness and accuracy * Supervise Loan Portfolio Services Personnel * Administer Loan Disbursements * Review various loan reports * Process data changes as needed * Review title reports, legal documents for completeness and accuracy * Review UCC reports * Work with customers to obtain necessary signatures on loan documents * Manage credit files (Globalwave) including ticklers and covenants updates * Manage ordering appraisal and environmental reports Job Qualifications/Requirements * Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Required: Ability to understand complex legal documents. * Required: Basic computer skills. * Required: Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. * Required: Ability to train and mentor subordinates, junior staff, and new hires. he salary range for this full-time position is $90,000.00/annually - $94,000.00/annually + bonus + benefits Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
