Role Description:

This is a hybrid role for a Loan Officer Sales Manager located preferably in San Diego, California, but would be open to other areas and/or states for the right candidate willing to obtain licensing requirements. The Sales Manager will oversee daily operations, supervise loan officers, and ensure excellent customer service. Duties include managing loan origination processes, conducting finance assessments, and overseeing underwriting procedures. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, guiding them through the mortgage process efficiently, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Loan Officers and Loan Origination

• Basic comprehension of Income Verification and Underwriting

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Clear understanding of mortgage products, compliance, disclosures, and regulatory requirements

• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities preferred, but not expected

• Ability to work hybrid and/or travel to San Diego, CA on occasion for corporate meetings, trainings, and other management obligations

Requirements:

• California MLO and/or willing to obtain

• Minimum of five years or more in the mortgage business

• Resident of San Diego County preferred but would be open for other areas/states for the right candidate

• Desire to succeed, be coachable, and excel
