We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Screen Printing Loader Operator to join our production team, responsible for efficiently loading and unloading materials onto our screen printing press, ensuring smooth operation and high-quality print production. Key Responsibilities: Accurately load and unload garments, substrates, or other materials onto the screen printing press according to production schedules. Monitor the printing process, identifying and reporting any quality issues or machine malfunctions. Maintain proper alignment and registration of screens on the press. Prepare screens by loading inks, cleaning, and ensuring proper stencil application. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area. Collaborate with other production team members to meet daily production goals. Perform other tasks as needed Qualifications: Previous experience in a screen printing environment is preferred, but not required. Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Ability to lift and handle materials efficiently. Basic mechanical understanding and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
