Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Description:

This role supports attorneys by managing litigation caseloads, preparing cases from intake through trial, and overseeing discovery and trial prep. This is a hands-on role suited for experienced paralegals who thrive under pressure and are looking to contribute meaningfully in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload of 100+ files
• Draft and file legal documents, including petitions and discovery
• Coordinate dockets, depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Prepare clients for depositions and trials
• Support attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and jury selection materials
• Conduct state and federal e-filings as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury litigation
• Proven ability to handle a large volume of active litigation cases
• Experience drafting petitions, discovery, and legal motions
• Familiarity with trial preparation and deposition procedures
• Proficiency in state and federal court filing systems
