This role supports attorneys by managing litigation caseloads, preparing cases from intake through trial, and overseeing discovery and trial prep. This is a hands-on role suited for experienced paralegals who thrive under pressure and are looking to contribute meaningfully in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a personal injury litigation caseload of 100+ files
Draft and file legal documents, including petitions and discovery
Coordinate dockets, depositions, mediations, and hearings
Prepare clients for depositions and trials
Support attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and jury selection materials
Conduct state and federal e-filings as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury litigation
Proven ability to handle a large volume of active litigation cases
Experience drafting petitions, discovery, and legal motions
Familiarity with trial preparation and deposition procedures
Proficiency in state and federal court filing systems
