Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary in its Dallas office. The qualified candidate must have a significant understanding of Texas Court rules, docketing and e-filing procedures in both Federal & State Courts. Ideal candidates should also have five or more years of experience working in a fast-paced defense firm.

Key Responsibilities
Perform administrative responsibilities and collaborate with attorneys, legal support staff and various firm departments.
Open new matters, interface with and establish ongoing positive business relationships with clients.
Create, format, edit, proofread, and manage Word documents.
Draft routine correspondence and forms.
Track, organize, and process expense reports, reimbursements, and check requests using Chrome River.
Manage and maintain lawyers’ schedules and calendars.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Experience as a litigation-focused legal administrative assistant required.
Ability to adapt to changes in work environment and manage competing demands from multiple attorneys, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism.
Strong technical, organizational and administrative skills.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with and knowledge of e-filing in state and federal court.
Some college preferred.
Experience with Milana a plus.
Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000, depending on experience
