Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC, a mid-size law firm in Edina, MN, seeks a highly motivated attorney for its litigation practice group, who will be litigating real estate matters, including residential and commercial evictions. Prior experience with landlord-tenant, eviction and related litigation a plus. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience and possess a competitive attitude, excellent communication and writing skills, with demonstrated experience handling litigation matters.
