Are you an experienced Linux pro with a passion for high-performance infrastructure? We’re looking for a Linux-focused Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and help us build, maintain, and secure critical systems that support our enterprise. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role working across infrastructure, operations, and development teams.

📍 Location: Preference given to candidates local to the Cincinnati, OH region. Occasional travel to the Blue Ash Technical Center may be required during key deployments.

🔍 What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain Linux-based systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Use tools like Ansible and Shell Scripting for automation and configuration.
• Troubleshoot system performance issues and maintain high availability.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and vendor teams to support infrastructure needs.
• Implement security best practices and maintain system documentation.
• Lead risk identification and mitigation for infrastructure-related issues.
• Participate in defining technical specs and implementation plans for infrastructure initiatives.

💡 What You Bring

• Proven Linux system administration and engineering experience.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of automation tools (especially Ansible) and shell scripting.
• Preferred: Experience with AIX, GPFS/Storage Scale, VMware, and cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing diverse stakeholder needs.
• Demonstrated leadership and delegation abilities in a technical setting.
