***Linux administrator- 12 months- 100% Remote working- URGENT!***

On behalf of one of our international clients, RED global is currently on the lookout for an experienced Linux administrator to join a 1 year project!

The client is looking for someone to join on a 100% remote basis and there is no requirement to go onsite for this position.

Here is a breakdown of key responsibilities and skills required for this role:

Responsibilities:

• Setup and Configuration: Install, configure, and manage the Seeburger platform on-premises, either within Kubernetes clusters or on Linux machines.
• Monitoring: Deploy and oversee monitoring solutions to ensure optimal health and performance of the Seeburger platform.
• Self-Service Tools: Design and maintain self-service tools that improve user experience and optimize operational workflows.
• System Administration: Carry out and automate routine system administration tasks, including updates, patches, and backups.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration, with a focus on ArgoCD.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux system administration.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
• Familiarity with self-service tools and automation processes.
• Understanding of Seeburger platform architecture, with a focus on building secure, performant, and highly available systems.
