About the Role:

Lumos Outdoor Lighting is looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join our install crew as Lighting Technicians. You’ll work outdoors, helping bring homes and landscapes to life after dark with professional low-voltage lighting systems. If you like working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing instant results, this job’s for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Install outdoor low-voltage lighting systems (fixtures, wire runs, transformers)

• Safely dig, trench, and bury wire (by hand or using tools)

• Test, troubleshoot, and aim lighting for optimal night-time effects

• Operate basic power tools and follow safety guidelines

• Represent Lumos professionally while on client properties

• Maintain a clean and organized worksite

• Ride in awesome wrapped vans

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather

• Attention to detail and pride in doing high-quality work

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical tasks

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Bonus: any experience with landscaping, construction, or electrical work
