Licensed Therapist—Private Practice (Oakland, CA)

We are currently seeking a licensed therapist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who values collaboration, autonomy, and professional support - without the administrative burden of running a private practice.

We serve a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing a broad range of psychological concerns. 

 What You’ll Do: 

• Provide short- and long-term psychotherapy for individuals (children and adults), couples, families, and groups. 
• Conduct intake evaluations and diagnostic assessments. 
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards (California BBS/APA). 
• Participate in regular group consultation and case presentations. 
• Collaborate with the clinical team and assist in crisis intervention or risk assessments as needed. 
• Maintain active malpractice insurance coverage. 

Qualifications: 

• Licensed in California as a psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. 
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology or a related mental health field. 
• Clinical experience across a variety of treatment areas, with children, adults, couples, and/or families. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to clinical documentation. 
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus. 
• An identified clinical niche is a bonus.
