Responsibilities

Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and efficiently.

Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding and managing their personal lines policies, including updates, changes and billings.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve client issues with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Product Education: Educate clients on available products and services, promoting solutions that align with their needs and preferences.

Requirements

Experience: 1-2 years of previous personal lines insurance experience

Licensure: Active Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment and efficiently manage tasks.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with AMS (Vertafore)software.
