We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead one of our skilled nursing facilities in the North Jersey area. This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven leader to make a meaningful impact and grow within a rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the facility’s daily operations.
• Ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
• Drive quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current NJ LNHA license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven track record of achieving operational, financial, and clinical excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion.
