Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Licensed Listing / Marketing Coordinator to join our real estate team. This salaried administrative role is ideal for a current real estate agent who has a proven track record of success in sales but is looking to step out of full-time production. The ideal candidate thrives in high-pressure environments, understands the real estate industry, and is passionate about marketing, social media, and event planning.
This role will work closely with the Operations Manager and Team Leader to elevate the team's brand, streamline marketing systems, and create memorable client experiences through events and community outreach.
Occasionally, this individual may be asked to attend appointments or assist with transactional issues in the absence of the Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Social Media:
- Create and manage content calendars for social media, newsletters, and other digital campaigns.
- Write engaging social media posts, listing copy, blog content, and email campaigns that reflect the team's brand and voice.
- Oversee the execution of social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and others.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to make data-driven improvements.
Event Planning & Client Engagement:
- Plan and execute client appreciation events, community events, seminars, and agent networking events.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure consistent branding and a high-touch experience throughout all client events.
- Help execute and maintain quarterly VIP appreciation program.
Team Support & Brand Management:
- Maintain consistency in branding across all platforms and print materials.
- Create and organize marketing templates, collateral, and client-facing resources.
- Support the team with listing marketing coordination and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure marketing and events align with business goals.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Licensed real estate agent with a strong understanding of the real estate sales process.
- Proven track record of listing success and/or closed transactions.
- Highly organized, creative, and proactive with excellent time management skills.
- Thrives under pressure and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
- Passionate about marketing, branding, and event coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with all social media platforms, Canva or other design software, and email marketing tools.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of real estate experience preferred.
- Experience with content creation and social media management.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
