The Powell Agency is a local, veteran-owned, full-service insurance agency dedicated to providing personalized insurance solutions to our clients and we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Advisor to join our growing team in Plano, Texas. In this role, you'll develop insurance proposals, present and close sales, all while building lasting relationships with clients. Your goal will be to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support, ensuring clients have the coverage they need to protect their assets and loved ones.

Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Provide tailored insurance solutions by understanding the needs of potential and existing clients.
- Policy Management: Oversee the initiation, maintenance, and renewal of customer policies.
- Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets as outlined by Powell Agency.
- Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends to maintain competitive advantage and provide up-to-date advice.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance customer loyalty and agency reputation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to improve service delivery and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Licensing: Valid Texas Property & Casualty License is required
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales or a similar role
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and support
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a team while maintaining individual goals
