We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team and provide exceptional care in a supportive residential setting. About the Role This is a full-time, onsite position focused on delivering high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents in a residential care environment. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support the emotional and behavioral well-being of young individuals. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of children and adolescents. Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with families and care teams. Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Document clinical progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with residential staff to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment. Requirements Active and unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, or LPC license. Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a residential or similar setting. Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. A passion for supporting the mental health and development of young individuals.
