Planning Architect – Design the Future

Location: Georgetown, KY / Plano, TX

Overtime: ~10% (Including weekends/holidays as needed)

Travel: 25% (U.S., Canada, Mexico, Japan & more)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and manage projects for new construction and renovations across North America
• Direct and collaborate with top-tier design firms to ensure compliance with codes and internal standards
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish project scope, cost estimates, and schedules
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project planning and execution
• Engage in domestic and international travel (Japan, Mexico, Canada, and more) to support key projects
• Be adaptable – occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required to meet project demands
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in an architectural role, with strong interior project experience
• Professional Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Architecture
• Licensed Architect (NCARB certification preferred) – Only licensed candidates will be considered
• Proven expertise in architectural design, planning, and construction delivery methods
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design range, planning skills, and technical contributions
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Experience with industry tools: MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), MS Project, AutoDesk, Adobe products
• Ability to travel up to 15% internationally for site visits, collaboration, and project oversight
