ImpactCircles e.V., a Berlin-based nonprofit organization, is seeking Legal Research Assistant Interns to support researching company registration processes across Europe and globally. This internship is ideal for law students, legal researchers, or policy enthusiasts interested in corporate law, international business, and regulatory frameworks.

Role of the Legal Research Assistant Intern:

  • Conduct comparative legal research on company registration procedures in European countries and key global markets.
  • Analyze regulatory requirements, timelines, costs, documentation, and tax implications for company formation.
  • Prepare internal reports summarizing key findings, best practices, and strategic recommendations.
  • Support the creation of guides, templates, and legal checklists for entrepreneurs and organizations.
  • Might contribute to white papers or public-facing resources on international business law.


Period: At least 20 weeks (minimum of 10 hours per week); paid internships have different weekly commitments.

Location: Remote

Requirements:

  • Strong legal research and writing skills are required.
  • Educational background in Law, International Business Law, European Studies, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or prior publication experience is preferred.

Important:

Paid internships are available ONLY to students enrolled at an EU university (outside Germany). There is no paid internship option for other applicants.
