We are currently looking for a:

Legal Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all legal affairs within the company, providing expert legal advice to senior management, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and mitigating legal risks. This role requires a strategic thinker with solid legal knowledge and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

What will your mission be?

• Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of business matters, including contracts, commercial law, labor law, and regulatory compliance, and identify and assess legal risks, offering strategic solutions to minimize liabilities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including commercial contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs, leases, and service contracts. Ensure contracts align with corporate policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure company policies and practices are compliant with applicable local and international laws and industry regulations, also monitor changes in legislation and provide proactive updates to stakeholders.
• Manage legal disputes and litigation, liaise with external counsel as needed and support internal investigations and handle pre-litigation and administrative matters.
• Support corporate secretarial tasks, including board resolutions, regulatory filings, and company registrations, and assist with M&A activities, due diligence, and corporate structuring.
• Develop and implement legal policies and training programs for employees and foster a culture of legal awareness and compliance across departments.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced English.
• Legal Expertise: Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and labor law. Strong knowledge of local regulatory frameworks, contract law, labor law, and compliance standards.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate complex agreements with both internal and external parties.
• Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess risk, interpret laws, and provide actionable legal advice.
• Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and ability to align legal strategy with business goals.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; able to communicate legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
• Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Location: Monterrey, NL. (hybrid work model)
