LEGAL INTERNSHIP - 4 MONTHS

As an intern within our Legal Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting various legal initiatives, including the transition of operations in France and the establishment of US Sunshine Act compliance measures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to delve into transactional legal work across multiple departments and geographies.

Your role and responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day transactional legal work across all departments.
• Support the legal aspects of distributor termination and transition risk mapping.
• Help set up compliance measures for the US Sunshine Act, including attending meetings and assisting in reporting processes.
• Engage in contract negotiation and manage associated legal risks.

What we’re looking for

• Strong interest in commercial law and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Law students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
