What You’ll Do

  • Build and grow your own book of business by marketing contract legal staffing solutions to clients.
  • Engage C-level executives and legal decision makers through calls, video outreach, and in-person meetings.
  • Identify, match, and place legal professionals in contract roles.
  • Ensure ongoing client and candidate satisfaction through hands-on service and issue resolution.
  • Meet and exceed weekly sales and placement goals.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or JD/paralegal certification (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in legal services, recruiting, or B2B sales.
  • Strong closing and relationship-building skills.
  • Driven, competitive, and resilient in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or client service.
