Apply by sending your resume via email: [email protected] on our career page at www.joezaid.com Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Assist the attorney with onboarding clients and preparing the new client’s file. · Ensure the client’s file is being handled properly and in a timely manner. · Assist clients with getting their questions answered. · Ensure the client receives excellent customer service from our firm. · Set up Claims with 1st and 3rd party insurance companies. · Follow up with Medical Facilities and Clients to ensure the client is compliant with their medical treatment for their MVA injuries. · Assists with other duties, as assigned. Education and/or Experience: · High School Diploma required · 3-5 years personal injury legal assistant experience preferred · Spanish Speaker preferred · Available Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm · Position is 100% On-Site Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
