Longton Compensation Lawyers are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our friendly and fast-growing Personal Injury team in Brisbane. What You'll Do

You’ll play a key role supporting our PI lawyers and clients through every step of their journey. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing files and correspondence with care and precision;
• Preparing legal documents, letters, and court documents;
• Assisting with client communication and intake;
• Assisting with evidence gathering;
• Booking appointments, managing calendars, and keeping the team on track;
• Supporting solicitors with day-to-day admin needs to keep everything running smoothly.
  
  

About You

• You bring 2+ years of experience in an administrative or legal assistant role (personal injury experience is a major bonus!)
• Be a master of multitasking with fantastic organisation skills.
• Tech-savy and quick to pick up on new systems.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
• You have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things done efficiently.
• A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and great communication skills are your superpowers.
• A people person who genuinely cares about clients and works well within a team.
