Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Design and architect the migration from legacy Mainframe based systems to Guidewire cloud
  • Analyze existing mainframe systems, identify core functions, data structures and processes, and assist migration from legacy.
  • Analyze and map data from legacy insurance systems to target schemas.
  • Design and implement ETL pipelines for efficient and reliable data migration.
  • Design and implement data masking strategies
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure accurate data mapping and validation.
  • Monitor data quality pre- and post-migration, resolving discrepancies as needed.


  • Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in data migration, particularly in the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ETL processing
  • Knowledge of insurance data models, platforms, and data storages (e.g., Mainframe, DB2, VSAM, Guidewire).
  • Experience working with customer teams to understand business objectives and functional requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in
  • Excellent English and Finnish communication skills (mandatory)
  • The candidate must be resident in Finland (mandatory)
