Proposing new concepts or technologies to company technology roadmap.

Work on solving technical issues raised by product development requests
解决产品开发要求中的技术问题。 PRODUCT REVIEW 产品检查
Responsible for technical feasibility study (providing cost and photometric calculation results if needed) of the new products are requested by Product Marketing team.
负责市场部要求的新产品的技术可行性研究(必要时需要提供成本和光参数计算结果)
Responsible for evaluating the technical solutions & review the product design provided by ODM/OEM suppliers in NPI projects, can provide improvement suggestion if needed.
负责评估提供ODM / OEM供应商提供的技术解决方案和产品设计方案，并能提出改善意见。
Support Sourcing team to evaluate the supplier quotation from the technical point of view.
支持采购团队对供应商报价进行专业评估。
Reviewing BOM cost of product during design stage to help price negotiation with OEM/ODM partner
Responsible for the mechanical and thermal design of LED lighting products
负责产品的结构和热学设计。
Responsible for finalize & sign off relevant mechanical documents, like the new product specification & BOM etc. with ODM/OEM suppliers.
负责与供应商完成和签署相关技术文件,如产品规格书和BOM清单。 TECHNICAL SUPPORT 技术支持
Work with Development Quality team to define & perform the release test of product mechanical designs.
与研发质量部合作机械设计部分测试。
Support the failure analysis which is related to mechanical part and optical part no matter it is in new project or from field return.
支持机械部分和光学部分的失效分析
Support on the technical analysis & design improvement for the field quality issues.

智能照明培训 REQUIREMENTS 要求 More than 3 years’ work experience on product development role in LED lighting industry, outdoor lighting experience is preferred. LED照明行业里超过3年的产品开发经验, 户外照明经验更佳 Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanics or optics preferred) 工程相关专业毕业，(机械或光学专业优先) Advanced English writing skills 较强的英语书写能力 Can work independently without tight supervision 可独立工作 Strong ability for learning new knowledge, curiosity towards new things. 较强的学习能力, 对新事物的清冽好奇心。
