Leasing/Property Manager
Fast Growing Property Management Team Seeking an Ambitious, Experienced Property Manager!
We are seeking a Leasing/Property Manager with experience and a Real Estate License to manage a new portfolio of properties, as we are growing fast! We are a close-knit team that meets often over video to ensure each team member is set up for success at the start of the week! We want you to grow with us!
As a Leasing/Property Manager, you will be in charge of leasing properties, resident care, client care, managing maintenance requests, overseeing turnovers, rent collection, enforcing the lease, special projects, and more!
We are seeking a go-getter! Someone who is self motivated and has a unique cognitive ability for managing relationships with clients, residents, and vendors alike.
*This is a position that will be mostly remote, with some travel within the metroplex or to our office in Frisco for training and meetings.

Requirements:
- Experienced in single family property management industry experience is required (this is not an entry level position)
- A current Texas Real Estate license is required
- In depth knowledge of TX Property Code and how that affects property management
- Ability to communicate at a high level with property owners and keep them up to date with what is going on with their assets and residents
- Manage rent roll process (sending notices, legal proceedings, evictions, etc)
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence for clients and residents
- Field questions via video communication
- Examining properties and property pictures and informing maintenance staff of issues
- Basic knowledge of home maintenance and major components of a house (HVAC, plumbing, lawn care, etc)
- Ability to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues with residents via phone and text
- Ability to review and discuss repair estimates with clients/owners
- Maintaining and storing documentation effectively
- Proficient in online spreadsheets/documents (G-drive)
- Ability to communicate with vendors and maintenance workers
- Must be comfortable with a high level of inter-office accountability and communication
- Be willing to communicate with team during the evening and over the weekend as needed
- Time Management is key to this position
- Reliable transportation with a valid Driver’s License and Insurance
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) a plus!
- Familiarity with Appfolio is a plus!
