We are willing and ready to train you and mold you into a stellar Leasing Consultant. Giving you the opportunity to move your way up to managing your own project with Avita!
Pay: $21.00-$22.00/hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri (Wednesday and Sunday off) and Saturday (10-4pm)
Time in/out- Varies but a typical day is Mon-Fri- 8:50 am-6-6:30 pm.
For the 1st 90 days, the right candidate must be able to remain very flexible on their schedule due to training.
Meeting the Metrics
With our guidance and mentoring you will need to be able to:
Exceed our occupancy goals per property of 94%-96%
Increase and begin to excel your budget and financial comprehension through our other income reporting task
Submit for approval all new lease applications within 48 hours
Perform customer service tasks that include, birthday program, chalkboard welcome program, move in gift and ribbon cutting with all new move ins, host monthly resident functions and more!
Provide a unique brand of service to all our residents and potential residents

```Other Duties```
Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional and friendly manner
Conduct property tours to showcase available units and amenities
Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, including rental rates, lease terms, and move-in specials
Process rental applications, conduct background checks, and verify income and employment information
Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly executed
Collect security deposits and rental payments from tenants
Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants
Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
Maintain organized records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests
