Our vision is to be among the top-ranked providers of business education within the Asia-Pacific Region, to be the first choice of students and clients seeking award and non-award educational experiences, and to be esteemed globally as a leading supplier of academic and business research.

The division has significant growth ambitions underpinned by a unique combination of preeminent market positioning, long-standing experience, and a significant investment in capability.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a curious, creative and collaborative learning design professional to join our Executive Education team as a Learning Solutions Architect. In this key role, you’ll help shape innovative, high-impact learning experiences for organisations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of learning design, client engagement, and product strategy to bring cutting-edge ideas to life through co-creation with internal teams and clients. You’ll apply your design expertise to discover what learners and organisations need, and translate what you hear into punchy insights that inform engaging, outcomes-focused solutions.
Excited by learning innovation?
Enjoy solving complex challenges?
Want to make a real impact in a dynamic team that values trust, experimentation and excellence?
We look forward to receiving your application.
Some key accountabilities will also include:
- Designing and developing high-quality, customised executive education solutions that are aligned with client needs and MBS strategic goals
- Embedding contemporary learning methodologies and digital tools that enhance learner engagement and real-world impact
- Contributing to business development by translating client needs into compelling proposals and tailored learning approaches
- Supporting our Business Development team to confidently position and promote high-value, enterprise-wide learning solutions
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues across teams to ensure seamless, client-centred delivery
- Implementing scalable product strategies that enable consistency, efficiency and high quality across our offerings
- Balancing innovation with practicality to ensure every solution is both creatively designed and operationally sound
About You
You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and collaboration. You bring experience in design-led learning projects (whether in education, corporate L&D, or consulting) and you know how to uncover insights that lead to meaningful learning experiences.
You’re confident facilitating discovery workshops, synthesising insights, and shaping proposals that speak to client needs. Your communication is both sharp and approachable, and you adapt easily to different audiences.
Above all, you're driven by curiosity, excited by experimentation, and motivated to help people and organisations grow through impactful learning. You’re equally comfortable thinking big and sweating the details - and you know that great learning design is as much about relationships as it is about ideas.
