Responsibilities
Develop engaging and impactful learning content, including courses and toolkits, tailored to diverse learning needs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex concepts into accessible and learner-friendly materials.
Oversee course logistics, including scheduling, platform setup, and participant communication.
Manage learning platforms to track and report on course participation and effectiveness.
Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
Collect and analyze learner feedback to continuously improve learning programs.
Skills
Proven experience in Learning & Development or instructional design, with a focus on large-scale learning programs.
Hands-on expertise with Learning Management Systems and Learning Experience Platforms.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Skills
Experience with learning content development tools, such as Articulate Rise.
Familiarity with GEN AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot.
