About the Role:

As our Training Supervisor, you will take ownership of developing, implementing, and monitoring effective training strategies focused on sales, communication, and product knowledge. You'll supervise and coach a team of trainers and work closely with QA and Operations to identify areas for improvement, launch training interventions, and drive individual and team success. The ideal candidate has strong experience in designing impactful programs, facilitating dynamic sessions, and analyzing performance outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the training team, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and guidance in content development and facilitation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of onboarding, refresher, and upskilling programs for Sales and Retention teams.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and communication scripts that align with Nooro’s voice and performance goals.
  • Work closely with QA and Operations to assess training effectiveness and adjust strategies based on performance insights and coaching trends.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and ensure consistency and quality in training delivery across different trainers and departments.
  • Monitor learning metrics, evaluate training impact, and deliver reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Support ongoing improvements by researching best practices in sales enablement and communication training.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of training with company goals, new campaigns, and process changes.




Qualifications:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Training or L&D role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Proven expertise in sales and communication training, including experience with script development, coaching techniques, and role-playing exercises.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to use performance data to drive learning strategy.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, remote-first organizations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, PowerPoint, Hubstaff, LMS platforms, and CRM/reporting systems.
  • High level of initiative and creativity—able to launch programs that inspire and move the needle.
